Video Chat Therapy

I provide video chat therapy to anyone whose primary residence is in California state or Washington state. I use a confidential, HIPAA compliant video chat platform that feels similar to Zoom or FaceTime.  All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer that is equipped with a camera, microphone, and an internet connection.  

 

Rates/Fees

50-minute sessions are $225

 

Sliding scale fee slots may be available for those in need

Payment Options:

​

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not directly bill to insurance, however many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services with a few additional steps. In some cases, a Singe Case Agreement can be arranged with your insurance. Health insurance plans and benefits vary. If you are interested in using your health insurance, please call your insurance provider to inquire about Single Case Agreements and/or reimbursement for out-of-network counseling services.

Insurance procedure codes frequently used are 90837, 90875, 90791.

Reduced Fee Options

​

While I believe that mental health services are a basic human right that should be made available to everyone, we do not live in a system that does. Finances should not be a barrier to therapy, and yet it so often is.  I do have reduced fee sessions available for clients with financial need. If these sessions are filled, a waiting list is available. Additionally, I encourage you to consider working with the counseling students I am supervising and coaching who can be found here.
